Legacy - What will yours be?

Leaving a legacy has been on the forefront of my mind lately. Recently my father in law

went to be with Jesus. I don't use that phrase lightly. He left a godly legacy behind.

I had the opportunity of conducting the celebration of life service. It was amazing to

hear each of his children and grand children

share. While we are on earth, make it count.

It can't be all about us and our comfort. We

are here for the gospel and have been called to carry our cross.

Jesus isn't looking for fans in the stands. Don't be hearers of the word only, but doers.

We need to take the field and play our

hearts out until the final whistle blows.

This time is crucial on earth and we don't want to waste it. What can we do today to reach out and reconcile, say what we should say and not withhold a blessing? Some may say:"It's too late to change" "I already blew it." If you are still breathing then it's not too late

I watched my father in law reconcile with all his kids and leave a legacy for his grand children as well as great grand children.
