The Small Things Matter

So much of the time I hear people say "This is too small or unimportant to ask God to help me with--you know there are so many people who have bigger problems out there".

Whether small or big--if it concerns you, it concerns God! He wants us to be directed by Him constantly, not just when there is some BIG disaster.

I believe that in the small things, He shows himself greatly and faithfully. He cares for every detail of our life.

Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more then they?

Matthew 7:7 Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking and the door will be opened.

Our Heavenly Father desires relation with us. In everything we do we can invite Him to be a part of it. This pleases Him.

Proverbs 3:6 In ALL your ways, recognize and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.

So I believe the small things are very important. The next time you think something is too small to ask or talk to God about---remember--You are the "apple of His eye". He is waiting to hear from you and desires to bring you answers and help in every area. Nothing is too small or too unimportant to Him!.
